ADC teams often search for an ADC IHC CRO when they need tissue level evidence that a selected target is present, specific, and interpretable. In preclinical development, IHC can become a bottleneck when expression is heterogeneous, staining is weak relative to assay background, or tissue handling differs across studies, all of which can obscure the signal or create false confidence before committing to higher cost downstream studies and development milestones.

Glint Lab supports ADC programs from early stages in target and antibody selection by developing and running fit for purpose IHC assays on appropriate tissue panels, then translating staining into quantitative, spatial readouts. Because many ADC targets are low abundance and spatially heterogeneous, detecting true target signal can be difficult, and this can sometimes be addressed by testing alternative retrieval and detection chemistries to  increase the specific target staining while minimizing background. Glint Lab’s platform flexibility across Leica Bond, Roche Ventana Discovery Ultra, and Biocare ONCORE PROx enables optimization of retrieval, detection chemistry, and amplification options, reducing false negatives and improving precision when signal is difficult to identify.

Tissue formats and digital pathology that reduce uncertainty

We routinely support FFPE for translational relevance and archival comparability, and we can incorporate fresh frozen or OCT embedded tissue when epitope preservation or membrane signal is a concern. Glint Lab’s high quality while slide imaging and quantitative digital pathology convert subjective impressions into measurable metrics, including compartment specific intensity, positive area, cell level counts, and spatial metrics where appropriate.
